Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aimed at increasing brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy.
- Create amazing content across all platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok, tailored specifically for our diverse audience.
- Analyze social media metrics and optimize campaigns based on performance insights; prepare detailed reports on social media KPIs.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, exploring opportunities to generate leads and drive sales.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency of branding and messaging across all platforms.
- Engage with our online community by responding to comments, queries, and direct messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and technologies; be a thought leader in the area.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in the food industry.
- Proficient in social media platforms and their advertising mechanisms.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other social media management platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Creative thinker who is highly motivated and can adapt to fast-paced environments.
